A journey of a thousand miles begins with a cry for help. Trapped in a web of murder, ancient cults, and reality-bending shadows, your investigators are contacted by a desperate scholar to execute a terrifying mission. Boarding the opulent Orient Express in London, your party will travel across the continent—through Paris, Lausanne, Milan, Venice, Belgrade, and Sofia—racing against a sinister occult conspiracy. Your ultimate goal is to locate and destroy the scattered pieces of the Sedefkar Simulacrum, a cursed, anatomically precise artifact that threatens to tear down the fabric of sanity across the world.
