If you place regular orders through our site, you will receive BoardGamer points for each of them, which you can use for discounts on subsequent orders. Based on the total volume of your in-store orders, you will increase your customer level, which will earn more points during each order. In addition to increased amount of bonus points, it is possible to receive other bonuses as well as special promotions.
- BoardGamer points are only credited for completed orders placed through your personal account (whether received by courier or in-store);
- Individual categories and products may not reward bonus points, so always check on the product page before you order!
- Each subsequent level in the system rewards more points for each product purchased;
- You can check your current customer level in your account or at the top of this page;
- It is possible that we would add additional levels or change the requirements for raising the customer level without warning;
- Each BoardGamer point is equal to BGN 0.02 and can be used at your next order (in the cart or on the order completion page);
- Below are the currently operating customer levels and thresholds for the next level.
- Customers with failed or cancelled orders, or customers abusing their rights do not participate in the bonus reward system;
- We reserve the right at any time to change any part of the bonus point reward system.
LVL0: Barbarian
You will receive 25% of the products costs back in points, gaining 0.5% discount for your future orders.

You will receive 75% of the products costs back in points, gaining 1.5% discount for your future orders.

You will receive 88% of the products costs back in points, gaining 1.76% discount for your future orders.

LVL5: Nerd Champion

You will receive 125% of the products costs back in points, gaining 2.5% discount for your future orders.

LVL7: Nerd Demigod
You will receive 150% of the products costs back in points, gaining 3% discount for your future orders.

LVL8: The God of Nerds
You will receive 175% of the products costs back in points, gaining 3.5% discount for your future orders.

You become a living embodiment of The God of Nerds, Board Gamer Supreme, Holy and Unquestioned.
Other terms and conditions
Loyalty program participants gain bigger bonuses with each customer level. The system checks and updates your level once every few days, and it adjusts it based on your completed orders. You can check your level at the on this page or in your profile.
Certain products and categories do not reward bonus points or only reward between 50 and 100% of the produc(s) cost (up to 2 BGN per 100 spent). You can find a non-comprehensive list of exclusions below:
- Categories with discounts or dicounted products
- Products on sale
- LCGs (LOTR, AH)
- Certain subcategories of roleplay/adventure games
- Card sleeves & boxes
- D&D miniatures, dice, terrains, books and accessories
- Brushes, paints and other painting supply
- Kickstarter products, unless shown otherwise
- Other products that do not show points on their page
