Language and editions
We only sell English editions of the games, except if noted otherwise in their titles. Exceptions are: Catan (only Bulgarian editions based on the German edition) and Black Stories (Bulgarian version of Dark Stories).
Payments accepted:
For all EU countries, Macedonia and Serbia:
- Online with debit or credit card (myPOS or Stripe)
- PayPal payments.
- For Bulgarian, Macedonian and Serbian residents: payment upon pick-up from The Game store, 75, Krum Popov str., Sofia 1421, Bulgaria

- Shipping in European Union, Serbia and Macedonia
- Please note our system is fairly accurate when calculating shipping costs to most EU countries based on post services or the DPD Classic courier service, but in case of larger than usual differencess in the shipping cost we will contact you with additional information.
We ship to most EU countries, Norway and Switzerland, as well as Serbia and Macedonia. Some off-shore destinations (Cyprus, Malta, Gribraltar, etc.) might be restricted as we don't have reliable shipping option to these destinations. You can still contact us for quotation to off-shore location, we will use postal services and PayPal for shipping and payment to these countries.

- Shipping to Serbia and Macedonia
- For deliveries to Serbia and Macedonia we use regular post services.
- Usual dispatch time is 2-6 business days with Bulgarian Posts.
- UPDATE: Currently we do not recommend placing orders for delivery to both countries due to the complex situation. Packages are often late or lost.
- Shipping to Romania and Greece
- We can offer very low shipping rates to the abovementioned countries, please check yor cart page or go to the checkout for exact cost, since they depend on the weight of the order. Usual dispatch time is 1-2 business days and delivery time is 2-4 days.

- Shipping to Poland, Croatia, Czech Republic, Slovenia, Slovakia & Hungary
- Currently we offer fast courier delivery of board games at much lower prices than the typical post service for packages up to 3 kg. Please note that packages (board games + packaging materials) that weight more than 3 kg will be split or sent with PostOne, instead of Speedy/DPD courier.
- 7-8.5 EUR for packages up to 3 kg, 16.5-19.5 for packages over 3 kg
- Rest of the EU incl. UK & Northern Ireland
- PostOne or DPD depending on the country and destination.
- Usual dispatch time is 2-4 business days.
- Shipments will become much more expensive if you go over 3 kg of weight.
- If you have doubts about the price, please contact us, we will work out the lowest price we can offer.

- Our deliveries in Bulgaria are served by The Game FLGS (Inistrad Ltd).
- Usual dispatch times: same business day shipping for orders with expedited shipping placed before 13:00, with 1-2 business days usual delivery time.
