Heroes of Barcadia is a pun-filled, tile-based dungeon-crawling party game where your character's health is tracked by the liquid in your glass. Produced by Rollacrit, the game uses a "Liquid Life System," where players must physically drink their beverage whenever their hero takes damage.

Core Gameplay Mechanics
- The Liquid Life System: Each player starts with a character-specific cup filled with a beverage (soda, water, or alcohol). The cup has hit point (HP) demarcations on the side; when you lose a battle or hit a trap, you drink down to your new HP level.
Dungeon Exploration: Players build a modular, procedurally generated dungeon using facedown tiles. On your turn, you can reveal an adjacent tile, move through revealed rooms, or challenge the final boss.
- Combat & Loot: Battles are resolved with a d20 roll. Rolling higher than a monster's level earns you rewards like Loot Cards (one-time use spells or traps) or Power-Up Cards (permanent character buffs).
- Winning the Game: To win, you must collect three Power-Up Cards, find the Grand Drink Guardian boss card, and defeat it in battle to reclaim the Drink Hoard.

Heroes of Barcadia is a 2-6 player tile-based, dungeon-crawling tabletop party game with a liquid twist: your character’s health is measured by the drink in your glass.
