Условия за предварителни поръчки
- Моля, обърнете внимание, че изискваме 100% плащане на предварителни поръчки. Предварителните поръчки са обвързващ договор и може да се откажете от тях само в 14-дневен срок от плащането на поръчката, само ако не се налага да спазваме краен срок за поръчка, като всички загуби за транзакцията (например банкови такси и такси на платежния инструмент за плащането + ДДС върху тях, плюс банкова такса, в случай, че се налага превод) ще бъдат за Ваша сметка. Предварителните поръчки са с гарантирана цена и наличност, освен в случаите, когато са извън наш контрол (официална промяна на цената, липса на достатъчно производство). Поръчките на Magic: the Gathering и D&D продукти винаги се считат за окончателни.
- Датите за доставка са на база информацията, споделена от издателя и доставчиците ни, и не са обвързващи. Закъсненията са често срещани в бранша и зависят от издателите и дистрибуторите на игрите, производителите на други продукти и спедицията. Ние не гарантираме доставка на деня за официални релийзи, но опитваме, доколкото е възможно, да получим продуктите още с първите им доставки на територията на Европа, особено за нашумели заглавия.
- В случай, че цената бъде изменена негативно (по-ниска спрямо тази от предварителната ви поръчка), ще възстановим разликата под формата на бонус точки за отстъпки в профила Ви, и ще може да ги използвате със следваща поръчка. Може да се наложи да доплатите единствено при официално повишаване на крайната цена от страна на издателя на играта или производителя на друг продукт. Това се е случвало с по-малко от 1% от всички предварителни поръчки досега.
- Ако продуктът въобще не бъде издаден или е обект на алокация (т.е. получим намалени количества, които разпределяме по възможност така, че да задоволим най-голяма част от най-много поръчки в хронологичен ред) и няма варианти да го доставим, ще възстановим заплатената сума минус невъзстановимите такси (т.е. таксите по методи за плащания на банкови/платежни инструменти + ДДС върху тях) чрез същия метод, който сте използвали по време на плащането. При забавяния повече от 6 месеца след последно обявените срокове и неясен статус на продуктите, ако желаете, ще възстановим бонус точки в размер на заплатената сума в профила ви (или ваучер), с които може да закупите други продукти.
