Step into the treacherous lands of the Continent, where steel, sorcery, and cunning decide who walks away alive. Unmatched: The Witcher – Realms Fall brings the acclaimed tactical skirmish engine together with the rich, gritty atmosphere of the Witcher universe. Every skirmish unfolds on a vibrantly illustrated battlefield where line of sight, elevation, and shrewd movement dictate the pace of battle.

The core gameplay loop is fast-paced, intuitive, and driven by fierce asymmetric combat. Each player commands a distinct fighter represented by a detailed miniature, accompanied by their own dedicated deck of combat and scheme cards reflecting their signature fighting style and lore. On your turn, you take two actions: maneuver across the board while drawing critical resources, scheme to unleash disruptive tactical maneuvers, or declare an attack. Combat is resolved through simultaneous card reveals, making bluffing, timing, and hand management vital to outsmarting your opponent.

Featuring distinctive hero mechanics tailored to the Witcher saga, Realms Fall functions seamlessly as a self-contained experience while remaining fully cross-compatible with all other sets in the Unmatched catalog. Mix and match fighters across the entire system to see how the horrors and heroes of the Continent fare against mythological legends, historical titans, and pop-culture icons.

With an accessible BGG complexity rating of 2.0 / 5, this set is designed for 2 players (expandable to 4 when combined with other boards) and delivers complete, tension-filled battles in just 20 to 40 minutes. It offers the ideal balance of fast setup, approachable rules, and endlessly rewarding tactical depth.
